Very nice apartment. Cozy. Close to shopping centers and restaurants. I'm very satisfied!
Great care in picking up and disposing if litter left on lawns and roadways. Excellent landcaping and snow removal services. Roadways marked and maintained to a high standard. The building exteriors are maintained to higher standard than most communitieis this size.
I feel like they need to update their apartments. I need knew windows I have been complaining about how drafty they are especially in the winter time and I have yet to receive new windows. They have raised rent consistently but no new fixtures or cabinets or anything.
They nit-pick with residents for the smallest thing. While on the other hand the maintenance is slow, you often have to call more than once to have something done (if they get to it). For example, I called in two request in 2012 and nothing to date has been done, I've even reminded them about it and still nothing. They are so concerned about how the outside looks but ignore the repairs needed inside. I'm still there because the repairs I need done are minor.
The property is always clean. The buildings are secure, so I feel safe in my apartment. I love the layout of my apartment.
