I feel very homey and love where i am we have an awesome team that works good together
I've been a 15 year resident at Hickory Hill Apts and enjoy my apt very much, for my needs this is a comfortable place and a great value for the money. With my married children building homes not far from here, I plan on being a resident at Hickory Hill Apts for hopefully many more enjoyable years.
Quiet community. Buildings are kept up.
Maintenance doesn't come when they're supposed to and not always complete the job or repair that needed to be done. They also do not Use new material.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
