Any time I had a problem they were right there to fix it. I love it that they post notes on the door letting everyone know what is going on at the apartment buildings. The staff is excellent and very helpful and I love the idea that I can park in front of the building close to the doors since I have to start work so early in the morning. I tell everyone that I meet how happy I am living here and the staff is wonderful.
I have lived here 2 years and have had no problems. I love my apartment, and the people that work here are the best. The property is always kept clean and beautiful. I love my balcony. Never have I seen one so big.
The parking is a major problem around here. There are just too many cars for too few spots, some residents have up to three cars that I have noticed. When neighbors bring company over, they don't park at the visitor parking, which takes up spots for people that actually live here! It is very inconvenient coming home later than 8 pm and not being able to find parking where you live. Also, during the summer months, people from the Hickory Hills apartments walk through our parking and drop trash.
I wish we could use garage parking as needed for example over the winter only instead we have to pay for the whole year so we just dont use at all.
I feel our rent continues to be raised yearly but our apartments are not reflecting anything to show for the increase. Newly renovated suites are being advertised for much less than the long term residents are/have been paying (and long term tennants are not receiving the updates). However, the leasing office staff is very friendly and knowledgable and are always quick to respond to questions/concerns.
