You can't beat the location and the price is very affordable for the size of the apartment. The only negative I would say is that here is only one washer and dryer per building.
I like that they started to turn the gas heat on for the entire cold season. They require tenants to respect one another by keeping noise levels down and environmental disruptions at a minimum. The staff in the leasing office is very friendly.
Maintenance is very good at responding quickly to a concern, but rarely resolves an issue, just makes it go away for a while. I wish the complex would offer recycling. Laundry is VERY expensive.
I like my current living arrangements I would like my apartment to be a little more updated.
The apartment is a great value if it is not remodeled. The newer updated cabinets and appliances are not worth the rental prices for people who are not home owners and are hardly ever home. Some updates that are needed are the carpets, electrical, and recreation.
its a clean place to live. laundry facilities in the building is very convient. but they offer free heat and its not very good.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
