    I was surprised at how quickly living at Mill Pond felt like home. After going through my divorce and having everything in my life uprooted, I thought I would feel uneasy about living in a new place. When we first moved in, I spent some time looking around seeing who lived around me. My neighbors were friendly and helpful. The staff is very quick at responding both to calls and emails. Any service I have requested has been done in a timely manner with little disturbance to my family life.

    At age 83, and having lived in and managed rental and condominium facilities over the years, the primary question that I have always asked: What about maintenance? The Mill Pond maintenance team is as good or better than any we have every experienced. Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and personable. Issues are dealt with promptly, and emergency matters such as an HVAC outage or water leak, within minutes. Overall, the entire staff is welcoming, friendly and caring.They treat residents as family.

    What is a Certified ResidentCertified Resident Review?

    A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
