For nearly two years, Lakepointe has exceeded my expectations. The grounds are always immaculate, issues are addressed promptly and professionally and tenants treat the property with respect. The company that owns Lakepointe makes paying rent very easy and there are a ton of great amenities I have not found elsewhere. They are pet friendly and do a lot to engage residents in thoughtful projects, such as a free gift wrapping station at the club house! I am proud to be a Lakepointe resident.
The apartments are beautiful and spacious and very well maintained. The office staff are some of the most friendly people I have ever met, and have become like family. I have always gotten a prompt response when I have needed something fixed. The location is close enough to shopping and main roads that it doesn't take long to get to whatever it is you want to do, but is excluded enough that you forget you are in town.
I love living at LakePointe Apartments for various reasons. Perfect location, central to everything (shopping, hospitals, Community Center, churches, dining etc.). It is a quiet community and is very friendly!
Good place to live for the money.
I love the office staff, and I couldn't ask for a more beautiful apartment! The walls are very thin though and every day I dread when my neighbor's children get home from school because I can hear just about everything they say and do..
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
