Thomaston Woods is a very quaint community located in Amelia, OH, just off of OH-125/Beechmont Ave. nestled in a wooded setting. Our two and three bedroom townhomes with private entries, patios and lots of storage. Our community has a large playgrounds and a community center with an activities director offering a wide array of actives for all.

Anytime I have had any maintenance requests, they have always been taken care of promptly.
The grounds are very well kept. Maintenance calls are responded to very quickly. The rent is reasonable for the square footage.
I have live here a long time and haven't had any lasting problems. I have had a couple of horrible neighbors & that is why I can't give an excellent rating. Luckily, the horrible neighbors were eventually evicted.
It would be nice if Thomaston Woods renovated the inside of these apts....everything is really old.
certain children are allowed to do whatever they want because their mother is friends with the apartment manager. also for a pet free location there are lots of cats and dogs. too many residents in apartments that havent had background checks.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
