when we moved here it was just temp. however thanks to the staff and the community we have stayed.
The staff is very friendly, helpful, and outgoing. The park and play ground area is very neat, clean, and well maintained. The only critique I have is the quality of the drives and parking lots as well as the cars parked in them. Currently in the lot I park there are 2 cars with flat tires (1 has been there for several months) and another car with a busted out window. This isn't a bad part of town, but the poor upkeep of vehicles make the appearance of the complex have a white trash feel.
The reason I selected fair is because I do not think the complex is very clean or kept up with. The building I live in 1750 is not quite nor clean.
I'd say it was pretty fair. I did have one incident where Pest Control let themselves into my apartment when I was asleep and started working, being at the wrong apartment, after having knocked only once and did not wait for a response from me. That was embarrassing.
Other than that, it has been a nice experience.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
