University Commons Apartments
University Commons is located in Williston, North Dakota with 3rd Avenue to the west, 32nd Street to the north and University Avenue to the east. It is located just east of Sloulin Field International Airport and Highway 2 and Highway 85, the primary vehicular access routes to Williston from points north such as Tioga and Minot, from points south such as Watford City and Dickinson, and from points west such as Montana. The Project is located within a master-planned residential neighborhood, the University Commons Subdivision, with access to local shopping (Albertson's Grocery store is one mile south and Walmart is less than a mile to the West), recreation (the new Williston Recreation Center, estimated to cost approximately $70 million and the biggest in North Dakota, is less than two miles away), and the Williston State * College Campus. * Amenities will be interior to one of the buildings and will include a 4,000 * square foot clubhouse with a Wi-Fi served business center, kitchen, meeting room, leasing office and recreational spaces such as game room, community room and fitness center. * Posts with outlets for block heaters will be stationed throughout the perimeter of the surface parking to achieve a 1.0 block heater outlet per 2.0 surface stalls, which is an above market ratio. In addition, bollards will be placed at garage corners to protect the integrity of the structures. The single garage stalls will measure 12 feet by 24 feet and the double garage stalls will measure 20 feet by 24 feet gross dimensions with an outlet for block heaters, automatic door opener, and hurricane clips. All stalls, surface and enclosed, will be designed to * accommodate Ford F-350 sized trucks. * Interior common areas will consist of ceramic tile in the vestibule of each building entryway, leading to carpeted corridors. In each unit, the laundry room, bathroom(s), and kitchen flooring will comprise of wood-grained engineered vinyl plank, while the living room, bedroom(s), and closets will be carpeted over an eight pound bonded polyurethane * foam pad. Kitchens will be equipped with laminate countertops, an electric range, energy-star dishwasher, garbage disposal, stainless steel double sink with polished chrome faucet, above range microwave, and a frost-free top freezer and energy-star refrigerator. What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
