The West Lake Apartment Community is made up of 3 different and unique buildings: Eagle Run Apartments, Parkside Apartments, and West Lake Apartments. The community is located in the up and coming location of Eagle Run in West Fargo. A lot of our buildings offer scenic and lake views from the apartment's balconies. The West Lake Community provides unique layouts, many of which include a lakeside view. Oversized windows provide ample light. Everything was excellent. I moved from Texas and all the management staff was super helpful and friendly. I was able to arrive and move in that same day. We had a few repairs needed to the apartment the first day but it was resolved quickly and also super friendly which is something I really liked. I feel in love with the apartment and it's a major bonus that everything went smoothly and the staff is efficient and friendly.
Goldmark has been absolutely amazing to work with. They gave me a chance to lease a beautiful apt from them when not too many others would. They have a fabulous new, open-minded approach with allowing people with not such a perfect past to appeal and advocate for themselves that is literally going to save my child's upbringing from being poor. He doesn't deserve to suffer for the mistakes of my past, and since I am changing my life, Goldmark has recognized that, and is rewarding me for the behaviors and choices I have made in the last five years, rather than shunning me for the life I had before that time. Thank you so much Goldmark!
The management team is great. They follow up to make sure my concerns are mended. The doors are always secured for safety. The neighbors are friendly, and the surrounding is well lighted.
We absolutely love the Eagle Run apartments. The staff is amazing and very friendly and helpful, our apartment and the building itself is beautiful, and the location is perfect for a starting and/or small family!

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
