Very helpful staff, great apartment community!
Need to do better at shoveling and putting ice melt down in winter time. Doorways have been slippery.
I would give it an excellent rating if the 1) maintenance was being completed in a timely fashion. I moved in a month and a half ago and an issue with my garage door was pointed out...which takes one nail...and has not been completed. The door codes do not work which is annoying! and the carpets do not seem to be vacuumed on a regular basis. I was extremely excited to have a new building but I'm afraid that the upkeep is not going to be there. The yard is only 1/2 done which is bothersome.
Overall management is good. Took a while to get some things sorted, the place was a mess for the first half of summer, but it was just built so can cut them some slack.
It's quiet and in a good location. The building still looks nice since it's new. In a few years, that probably won't be the case. Wretched that there is no elevator, especially since one would expect one in a new build. How is that even okay this day in age? It would be nice if the details were better taken care of, like adjusting building doors so they don't slam, cleaning common area windows/walls, & getting the code pads programmed so people/deliveries can be buzzed in.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
