Sterling Pointe has been a wonderful place to live! The buildings are quiet, located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, and are well maintained and managed. I love having an open floor plan with beautiful floors and fixtures, and living so close to all of the stores available on 32nd has been a great convenience.
Sterling Pointe is home! The staff at the office is beyond helpful and extremely helpful. The quality of our townhome as well as the features are something we loved from the beginning. Throughout the process, the staff was very communicative and always kept us updated on any issues or concerns. We absolutely love our new home and look forward to being Sterling Pointe residents for much longer!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
