At Columbia West, the staff that guides you through the tours and leasing process is excellent! They respond to any questions and concerns promptly, and they make sure everything is fully understood. My unit is newly remodeled and looks great. Decent quality floors and good attention to details. Only downside of the unit is how the thin ceiling doesn't buffer noise from upstairs all too well. Any maintenance needed is taken care of quickly and is done well. I would recommend this community to a friend looking for a lower cost place with a very quality living space!
I love vista apartments. Very spacious and besides not living on the bottom floor, it feels like a house, not an apartment.
The staff at the Creekside rental office are the best I have ever seen. You feel like family, not just another tenant.

Quiet, clean and mostly modern apartment complex. Private parking and garage included. Great location in-between UND and 32nd Ave. Lots of space for a decent price.
