I've lived at Prairiewood Meadows for many years, and have enjoyed the location, the neighbors, and working with the apartment management. I recommend this property to anyone, but especially to young families with children. There is an amazing playground at the property, enjoyed by the children in the buildings.
I know Goldmark is trying to salvage their reputation and it is very obvious in my dealings with everyone at the office. I have been very transparent in my communications regarding the many items that were missed in our check-in and thankfully, I've gotten honest replies. Everyone has been understanding about my long laundry list of items that need to be addressed, but if this unit is going to maintain its value, these items need to be addressed swiftly. I think we're about 1/3 of the way through the list. The office staff are wonderful, the building is quiet, the neighborhood is quiet and close to the main thoroughfares. Despite our rocky start, my husband and I think we're going to enjoy living here.
Great location. Family friendly. Raised my children here and they love the playground.
Overall Westwind is a great building to live in. The neighbors are nice and don't make a lot of noise that I noticed. I will be staying here for a few more years I am sure.
Very nice people, extremely fast to move you in. But, apartment took 3 hours to clean upon move in
