These are ratings based on residents who live at the property and have completed a resident satisfaction survey.

The management team wasn't understanding when I had a noise complaint about another unit.

During the initial move in, there were a few things we had noted. There was a large crack in the corner of our apartment. It had been repaired (very timely and very clean) but now that the weather has gotten colder the crack has reappeared and another one has appeared in the bedroom. There are a few trivial issues such as loose baseboards and an uneven floor (our front door gets stuck open if you open it all the way) but those are more related to the construction company.
Lately, there has been a lot of loud yelling in our apartment. I often hear loud music outside the apartment or people yelling which is very frightening. This summer there was children throwing their basketball balls against the apartment building as well, which was disrupting. It was never like this when I first moved in last year. Along with that, people will leave random things in the entry way like their cups or other garbage like items. Lastly, it always smells like smoke in the entry way.
I feel the biggest downfall of PRG rental properties are their build quality. The materials appear to be good, but are put together poorly. I have two corners in my apartment that are cracking from floor to ceiling. One of the cracks was fixed when I first moved in but has since appeared again. The garages flood terribly too, why were they built at the grade they were? Noise from neighbors isn't too big of an issue and I really like the high ceilings. PRG is easy to work with though.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
