First and foremost my apartment manager is unbelievably amazing! She has been such a kind person to work with for the many years I have lived here. I have been very happy living in the Ashbury Apartment, I know someday it's going to be very hard to leave here. All-in-all the staff is what makes it a great place to live.
The staff in the community office are awesome.
The only real problem I have is that a car is constantly parking in my spot in the lot, sometimes for week at a time. I went to the office the second time this happened and nothing was done about it. The cat still randomly appears there and aside from calling a tow myself or leaving a note on the car (both are something I don't want to do and feel I shouldn't have to) I have no other course of action. I do have a garage that i use but my visitors constantly have to park on the street.

Nice apartments, but some of the appliances are outdated.
