Very pleasant staff. Maintenance issues are address very quickly. Very quiet.
Grounds are neatly maintained; parking lot is promptly plowed/sanded; maintenance requests are responded to in a timely fashion; staff is always courteous and friendly. Entryways and hallways are kept neat and clean.
It is quiet here, and the lady who cleans the apartment building does a very good job. Right now, the one thing I am not happy with is the laundry room; the dryer has not worked for at least 3 weeks. I know maintenance has tried to fix it but is still out of order. It is hard for me to do stairs, much less take my laundry up to the 2nd floor. I will give them an A- on that. The residents should be aware of who they let into the building when their buzzer rings.
We were not informed that our apartment floods whenever it storms. So as of right now, we have no bedroom closet because the last time it flooded, they took it apart but never returned to fix it.
Office staff never answers phone. When I drive across town to get to office, they are always closed WAY before the actual end of the shift. Nothing gets done unless I show up in person, or leave an urgent message. Even when I leave a message it takes a couple days for a call back. Office needs to pay more attention to the CURRENT RESIDENTS and not focus all their attention on the UPCOMING RESIDENTS.
It is never our intention to leave any message unanswered. We sincerely apologize for your poor customer service experiences. We will be require our staff to undergo some customer service training in addition to having the Area Manager checking into office hours.
