I have greatly enjoyed my experience at The Point at Robinhood Village. The staff, namely the manager, was friendly and worked with me from day one. I haven't had any issues with maintenance. The neighbors are.so friendly and I feel like we are truly a family here. Being a single mom I have also felt very safe for myself and my children. The rent after the first year went up to a point that it stretched my budget, and the staff worked with me to help ease some of that strain.
The staff are great here. Always helpful. They respond promptly to any maintenance issues. Great place to live.

Overall was a good place to live. Clean, new, everything worked, parking was convenient, pool was pleasant, Harris Teeter within walking distance was AMAZING, and a great Crossfit gym (Sage Strength) was also just around the corner. However, it is plagued by cheap construction. Walls EXTREMELY thin, could clearly hear neighbors making love and babies crying, among other things. The dishwasher, oven, and microwave were all bottom-of-the-line appliances, and had mediocre results as expected.
