The Arbors Apartments is a great place to live!! I have lived here for about 3 years and maintenance has always been timely and helpful. The office staff is always friendly and ready to meet your needs. The landscaping is well kept. They have two pools that are always kept clean and also have a 24 hour gym that's never to crowded. I would recommend the Arbors Apartments to anyone. I have really enjoyed my stay here.
The office staff are very friendly and welcoming. The apartment complex is very clean. It's in a great and safe location. We have serveral restaurants and a grocery store right across the street. So far we have had a great experience living at our apartment.
From day 1 that i have moved in to the Arbor Apartments I have enjoyed living there and have and would recommend it to other people as well. The staff has been awesome, very nice and courteous, and if there has ever been an issue it was handled almost immediately. The maintenance there has always been johnny on the spot to fix any issues that i have had, which have been minimal. The living at the Arbors is wonderful!! Great job to the staff!!
All of the people who work here are super friendly and are willing to work with you. The rooms are all very nice and the pools look excellent. This is definitely the best apartment complex and the prices cannot be beaten for the quality you receive.
Honestly, I have had no major issues with my apartment. Anytime that I have needed to put a work order in it was done in a timely manner and the staff was very nice and polite.
Both maintenance and the office staff have been very helpful and I have enjoyed the community activities that we have had over the last couple of years.
Overall I would continue to stay as I have been there 5 years already.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
