I love this community! It is very quiet and my neighbors are so friendly!
Since moving to Sherwood Station in the early 2000's I have always looked forward to coming home to a peaceful, safe and tranquil community. Sherwood Station affords me that luxury. At most large apartment communities you are sometimes stifle by the apartment complex strict and overbearing rules, their sometimes nonchalance attitude when issues or concerns arise, in addition to chaos from loud and boisterous neighbors. But at Sherwood Station you donÃ¢Â�Â�t have to worry about these issues. The staff and management team always encourage their residents to report any issues or concerns they may have regarding their community. Residents are well informed of any developments that might inadvertently cause any inconvenience to our daily lives. Being apart of this community has given me an opportunity to meet a lot of great people. The management team encourages meet and greet gatherings so that residents can learn more about their neighbors and the community they are apart of. Not only is Sherwood Station a great place to call home, residence also have the convenience of walking to their favorite restaurants, department stores, medical providers around the community and great schools. If you are looking for a community with great amenities, a friendly and safe atmosphere, great staff and management team, then look no further. Sherwood Station Apartments is a great place to call home.
I love living here because management is strict about making sure there is no noise at night when people are trying to sleep.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
