The main thing I would change about the current setup is the conversation had about getting out of your lease. I was told when we moved in that all I needed to do to get out of my lease was give the office a 60 day notice. Then when I actually needed to get out of my lease I was told the 60 days notice was accompanied with a 2 month buyout fee. So instead of what I was told and what the contract led me to believe (2 months to get out of a lease) I now can't get out of my lease without paying 4 months rent. Read that out loud... that is ridiculous.
I really enjoy the resort style living . The Reserve has made it super easy to walk our dogs with the numerous pet waste stations. The girls in the office are top notch.
My roommates and I LOVE living at the Reserve! It is located in a beautiful area, and the staff is always so welcoming, friendly, and eager to help with anything. Very dog friendly as well!
The staff was very helpful and easy to reach throughout the process of moving in. The apartments are very nice and the grounds are well kept.
The staff are professional in all matters. Helpful , polite , motivated and quick to any problems . The amenities are great ,pool , weight room , conference center and free beverages any time and bagels every morning. there are washer , dryers furnished , dish washers etc. The grounds are peaceful , quite and well taking care of .
