I like that it is close to everything we need.
The maintenance goes into your apartment whenever they want to, even if you specify them not going there when you aren't home. The apartment was NOT cleaned when we moved in. And the maintenance will make sure they tell you that you don't clean your place properly even if the dirt that is behind your fridge or on top of the lip in the shower was there when you moved in. My likes and dislikes are: The only things we like about this community is the fact that we are literally in the middle of everything we need (Grocery, Malls, etc) and all of the amenities that are offered.
It has nice upgraded amenities like the pool area, the gym, and tanning beds.
Wish washer and dryers were free, I pay more than my previous location but much higher quality better amenities. My likes and dislikes are: Love the new amenity center. Its cool that the office staff knows me and I've only been here 2 months,Taco night :)
Dogs/pets are welcome anywhere and no one seems to mind them. The staff that I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. My likes and dislikes are: Location, grounds maintenance, staff is friendly, residents seem to be friendly!
