It is heaven on earth compared to the other complex we lived in. the grounds are kept up beautifully,the management is fantastic ,maintainance is always there. The envoirment is quiet..no screaming and hollering..no loud music playing to all hours of the night. Great place to live
Canterbury Woods is located across the street from one of the best hospitals in North Carolina. It is also surrounded by groupings of medical specialists from "soup-to-nuts.". Being a retired person, of a "certain-age," this location turned out to be "icing-on-the-cake" for me. The management and maintenance staff at Canterbury Woods are respectful, friendly and great at responding to telephone messages within a 24-hour period. An excellent home for me!
I enjoy working with everyone at the office
My apt is quite And maintainance areexcellent. The only problem is the patrons who have dogs do not clean behind them, this has been constant sence I have lived here. Would be nice if management would try to enforce the rule that each patron signs when year they are here.

Many of the dog owners do not clean up after thier pets and management seems to not be that concerned about it. It is very unhealthy to try to walk your own dog and end up stepping in other dogs waste and then end up tracking it into your apartment . It is the only issue that never gets resolved. It is really out of controll so when my lease is up I will be leaving Canterbury.
