I have found it to be a quiet and well sorrounded area. Easy leaving.
I think the place is run well but I dont think that the rents are fair some people that have the same places are paying way less then others
All of the staff are very nice and courteous. I love it here in Foxcroft and will probably remain here for a while. The only few down falls would be the length of time it takes the maintenance men to come out to fix issues and also my apartment is extremely outdated. Since we have moved here they have did a lot of remodeling to other apartments and though I already live here I feel they should remodel my place as well. I'm a loyal renter make me happy and want to stay.
It's a good place to live, but the rent is too high for the amount of years I have lived here. We used to get decreases from time to time. Now we get increases. We used to get pest control treatments on a regular basis. Now we don't.
Nice and i guess good from what is to be expected. The only issue that i have is that a lot of evenings, someone takes their dog and just puts him on the outside and leaves it there until around 5:30-6:00am and this dog barks(real husky) at any and everything. Its like they put the dog out so that they can be rid of it for a couple of hours. (Dog sounds like its placed on bottom outside of building in the rear of 606.....lower section somewhere)
