Woodlake Downs was my 1st apartment back in 2009. I moved away and came back. I enjoy the safe and friendly atmosphere and Awesome staff. The only thing I would like to see is a change machine in the laundry rooms.
The staff here is wonderful. If you have a problem it taken care of quickly and efficiently. I love being here. Great job.
The office staff is absolutely phenomenal and we couldn't be happier with the customer service at Woodlake Downs. It is a very quiet and peaceful environment and convenient to everything we need
Love this neighborhood and the staff is great
I've been here for about 6 months now and don't seem to have any major complaints. My apartment is spacious and they just updated my appliances to brand new ones. I face the woods, so it's very quiet outside. I like that I'm able to get a parking spot right outside my building, so I don't have to walk far when I come home late. The maintenance is pretty quick to respond and the office staff seems friendly when I've gone in to pay my rent.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
