Thiis is a gracious, older building that beautifully meets all my needs. It is exceptionally well maintained. I love the friendliness and diversity of the residents -- children, adults, students, and even a servive dog! What a great location -- just a 5 minute walk to the shops in Cameron Village. The rent is very reasonable for such spacious apartments and even includes electricity. I feel perfectly safe at all times.

The layout is great. The community is great. Maintenance is quick. Office staff if friendly. Good value. Wish price would quit going up though
The location of Wedgwood Apartments is exceptional! I loved being able to walk to the grocery store, pharmacy, & restaurants in Cameron Village. I also felt safe living in Wedgwood. Maintenance requests were handled in a timely, professional manner. The apartments are dated compared to the new complexes popping up in the area, but Wedgwood offers very spacious apartments with ample storage and utilities/trash service/parking are included in rent.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
