I have had a fantastic experience living at Thornhill!! I have recommended Thornhill to many of my associates, friends, and family. They have all had the same experience as me, excellent. I have called Thornhill my home for 2 years. During this time the office staff has really gone above and beyond. The blonde girl in the office, is top notch. She always greets me with a smile and is always on top of any issues i might have. The new girl in the office is also a great asset.
Not only is the community located in a well known part of Raleigh, the landlords and staff members of Thornhill Apartments are a delight to know. The area is safe to live in and very conveniently located. The variety of apartment layouts make for a pleasant living arrangement and the upgraded apartments are beautifully renovated. The main landlord is always a terrific help when in need!

There is no soundproofing between floors or apartments.
Change in management and how quickly issues are resolved
Good location, free clubhouse during business hours. thornhill is not high end apartments inside, but the price can be high-end. Newly built properties are maybe 100+ less or matching price, so something to consider. Others have more amenities for the price. Apartments can use some updating on appliances, trash compactor floods every Friday-Monday and pest control.
