If you decide to live here, make sure your apartment does not face I-440 if you are sensitive to noise. My likes and dislikes are: Extremely convenient to I-440 and to Knightdale (which has a plethora of stores and restaurants. (Also, mere inches from "El Taco Market", the best Mexican food for miles and miles!)
Staff rotated almost daily, manager was not easy to work with and very accusatory. My likes and dislikes are: location to downtown
Something seriously needs to be done about parking. There are almost 30/40 plus parking spaces not being used at all. That should be designated visitors parking....the congestion with parking in the middle of the complex is ridiculous My likes and dislikes are: Location & it is very very well lit
Overall this is a great community to live in. The only complaint I have is the noise that comes from the highway because it is so close to the beltline. Very conveniently located to my job and shopping. My likes and dislikes are: The landscaping is beautiful. Maintenance in the apartments are done in a timely matter. Nice, quiet within the community. I feel safe walking around in the community.
I love living at the Waverly it's peaceful here and always clean. The staff is very helpful and pleasant Its a great place to live. My likes and dislikes are: I like my community it peaceful
