The Villages at Lake Boone Trail will be 1/2 mile on the right, just before Rex Hospital. From I-40 Take Wade Avenue/I-40 to the Blue Ridge exit. Go left off of the exit. The North Carolina Museum of Art will be on your right. Stay on Blue Ridge until you reach Lake Boone Trail, then take a right. Rex Hospital is on your left and so is the entrance to The Villages of Lake Boone Trail.

Everyone on the Lake Boone Trail team is amazing, from the office staff to the maintenance dudes. Couldn't ask for a better situation. Parking is sometimes a little bit of a hassle (since some units have 3 cars and then a trailer that just kind of sits there and never moves), and there are a few places (behind the apartments) where grass could grow but isn't. Other than that, we love this place.

Overall I love living here the staff is great friendly the apt is great with minor issues the Windows could use some tlc the paint is cheap and the double doors in the apt that can be seen in the livingroom going into the 2nd bedroom is an eyesore other than that it's quiet maintained and enjoy living here
