Rex Hospital is on your left and so is the entrance to The Villages of Lake Boone Trail.

the crew at VLB is the best that I've dealt with in a long time. they treat me with respect. they are very understanding and value not just me but my life and trying to get back on my feet. I've relocated from Maryland and I could not have found a more nourishing community to start over.

This apartment was supposed to be "renovated" apartment. However, there is not a garbage disposal nor an ice maker. The maintenance here is extremely poor. I put in a request weeks ago for someone to come and take a look at my air conditioner and no one has come. Management here is extremely laissez-faire. On the website it says there are supposed to be tennis courts: however, there are no nets. The mailboxes are poorly kept and in horrible condition. I will not be renewing!!!
The management is not always considerate and willing to help residents. I had to threaten management with my lawyers for them to relocate me into a better apartment. Previously, I was residing in an apartment that flooded anytime it rained, damaging my living room carpet and furniture, I was not informed of such conditions prior to moving in. After moving in the management did not want to move me into a better apartment.

The staff is attentive and readily available to fix any issue. The apartment is spacious and good quality for the price of rent. Surrounded by nice shopping area, not too far from anything. However, I have had a small problem with bugs since spring has come. Otherwise, I would recommend the apartment complex.
