The location is great and the management/maintenance team is quick and efficient.
Raleigh Apts is like living in a private park. Beautiful courtyard, very quiet, considerate neighbors, friendly office staff, quick maintenence, and it's close to everything.
Since moving in I have been nothing but satisfied! I am an assistant property manager as well so its always great to go in and converse with the office! Maintenance is always quick to complete my work orders and never fails to leave a note letting me know its fixed! A few issues to note would be the laundry room. The washers and dryers are out of order pretty often but they do the best they can to get it fixed in a timely manor as well. Overall I highly recommend this property.
The space is Raleigh apartments is nice for a 1 bedroom. Lots of closet space and plenty of room. Staff is friendly and maintenance is quick and efficient. The curb appeal of the Raleigh apartments could be improved. Also, upgrades to amenities (laundry room).
Raleigh Apts are in the perfect place to live close to downtown. The grounds are maintained on a regular basis. Whenever I have had an issue with plumbing or electric, the team is quick and solves the problem right away. In fact, the maintenance team is all very nice and go out of their way to be friendly and talk to you. The only issue I've had is the raise in rent every year. There have been no improvements on my 1940's apartment/ You will overpay for what you get, but that's life these days
