If you are looking for a quiet aparment, this is not it. There are always about 15 unsupervised kids screaming obscenities at one another on the sport court and riding bikes in the parking lots. They also have landscaping crews here 3 days a week. If you work nights or spend the day at home you'll be deaf by lunchtime. My likes and dislikes are: Decent size 2 bedroom for the price, good amount of storage space. There's never a lack of parking spaces although there's usually a pile up of golf carts, delivery trucks and people picking up packages parked RIGHT in the entrance by the clubhouse.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
