The Devon Four25 is the place to live to experience the best of downtown Raleigh. The community is fun, clean, and well-appointed.
Convenient urban living in a more residential community. Quiet and friendly.
Devon Four25 is a modern, safe, beautiful property, occupied by way too many self-absorbed millenials who think the whole world exists to clean up after them. It's a whole lot of money for a great location, and quirky rules that are inconsistently applied.
Best value of any apartment in the downtown area.
Perfect location, beautiful apartment and amenities, and all the people at the front desk are really nice. I have loved it here for the month I've been here and would recommend it to anyone.
