I love Sumter Square. I have been here for over a year and I have never had any problems with anyone and I feel very safe, and that's coming from a young single mom. Also, the maintenance crew is fantastic and very prompt. The office staff is very nice. There have been some updates on the grounds that I have much appreciated like the pool by the office and completely remodeling and replacing the equipment in the gyms. I strongly, strongly recommend it.
I have been living in my apartment for almost 2 years. It's hard to oversell how wonderful this community is! Neighbors that once were strangers are now friends. The maintenance staff is incredibly hard working, thoughtful, prompt, courteous, and care deeply about their work. Everyone in the office is friendly and accommodating, and follows up promptly with any issue. The grounds are exceedingly well kept and clean. It's a wonderful place to live.

takes for ever to get something done in the apartment ( AC issuses / hot water / electric etc,,,, )
communication wise ( poor )
price wise ( expensive for no reasons )

1-people who work at the weekend in the office the do not greet OR smile.
2- to report any maintenance issue it usually take 2 days to fix, and have maintenance issue in my apt have not been fix.

I didnt like the appt bcz of rouches everywhere, even after they came and put some but still the kitchen and thr bathroom was invaded by rouches and its eggs
The stuff were nice and cooperating but I think the fact that the aprt is old constructure thats why the hygiene side was not good
