I love Sumter Square. I have been here for over a year and I have never had any problems with anyone and I feel very safe, and that's coming from a young single mom. Also, the maintenance crew is fantastic and very prompt. The office staff is very nice. There have been some updates on the grounds that I have much appreciated like the pool by the office and completely remodeling and replacing the equipment in the gyms. I strongly, strongly recommend it.
I have been living in my apartment for almost 2 years. It's hard to oversell how wonderful this community is! Neighbors that once were strangers are now friends. The maintenance staff is incredibly hard working, thoughtful, prompt, courteous, and care deeply about their work. Everyone in the office is friendly and accommodating, and follows up promptly with any issue. The grounds are exceedingly well kept and clean. It's a wonderful place to live.
My tenure at Sumter Square Apartments has been a wonderful experience. The staff are professional, friendly and always helpful. The facilities are always kept in exemplary condition and all service calls are met with a smile and immediate attention. I have recommended Sumter Square to friends and relatives looking for a home.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
