Maintenance problems are handled promptly. Management is always improving the complex. It is a good value for the money. Wish I would of moved here sooner.

Both my wife and I are pleased with the apartment. We found it in very good condition, but have noticed a few things of concern. First, the front and back doors don't always seal tight, and are drafty. And when maintenance cleaned the exterior last week, the solution seeped in through the door. The concrete path leading to the front door of the apartment collects water when there is heavy rain. And, the drain between buildings 920 and 918 is often covered and not maintained.

If you haven't already, would you mind contacting the office to speak with one of our management representatives so that we can personally look at your home and the issues you have mentioned. As for the drainage, we are in the process of addressing several areas around the property and we will certainly look at the areas you mentioned above.
I have lived at Shellbrook apts for a little over four years. The staff and maintenace crew have been excellent.Always kind and prompt. It has made my stay very enjoyable.

Shellbrook has great accommodations for people with dogs for pets. The dog park is big and nicely landscaped. There are also many pretty places to walk the dogs.
