I recently moved here and love it! The apartments are conveniently located near shopping centers, grocery stores and public transportation. The management staff is very polite, friendly and professional. The maintenance grew are always on top of their game and responsive to your needs. The neighborhood is safe and family-oriented. Shellbrook is also pet-friendly. Overall, it's a great place to live!

The office staff is very helpful to work with. The units are aesthetically pleasing with a good amount of space. The grounds are attractive and well maintained. Laundry facilities, exercise facilities, and the pool are convenient and protected from use by nonresidents.

Maintenance problems are handled promptly. Management is always improving the complex. It is a good value for the money. Wish I would of moved here sooner.

I am living in my 3rd apartment in this complex and have been disappointed that I have never been able to actually see any one of the 3 before I received the keys and was ready to move in. By the time I received the keys, I was locked into the lease for 12 months.

Maintenance. Have had persistent problems with plumbing. It may be that these are all different problems involving different fixtures but at some point you stop blaming the plumbing and start blaming the plumber.
