As mentioned above, it would be nice if there were large carts available as well as other move items such as dollys to faciliate self move. Keeping a few of these items for loan during move would make life easier for your new tenants & tenants who are moving within the building as I did, at very little cost to you.

Living at Park & Market over the past 2 & 1/2 yrs have been a Pleasure. The location is Perfect, the Management Team runs the operation like a Clock & the construction of each unit is by far Superior to any other Apartment Complex, Anywhere!! Actually Much Better then most of the houses I've liven in over the past 63 yrs & that number exceeds 15!! I would recommend this Complex to anyone looking to rent in the Greater Raleigh area. As a matter of fact if My unit was for sale & the price was economically feasible I wld buy it TODAY!!! Dale Siler
