The current management seems to be more on the ball than past managements. The entire complex is constantly improving and my rating will go up to 'Excellent' if trends continue.

The quality of renters is getting better from where it used to be. Upgrades have been done to cabinets and exterior which is nice. Maintinance staffs is quiet and not very personable.

Management is great! Property is clean. They are very prompt to get things done! Best place I've lived so far.
It is an excellently run complex, always on the top of things and improving things constantly. The rating would have been excellent but the residents throw chicken bones and garbage on the grounds that my dog gets. That is no fault of Oak City.
The apartment complex is not in a great part of town, therefore most of the residents are what I would call "working class". The apartments are older and the appliances reflect it, walls are also very thin. When people above you walk it sounds like a herd of elephants. However the management/office staff always try to address complaints/repairs in a timely manner, they are pleasant & it does seem they are trying to weed out the "bad apples".

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
