office staff are always helpful when needed, maintenance needs are addressed promptly.
Outside building is showing age.
Extensive Lawn/property care was done on memorial day, noise all day:(
gates into the pool area could have a slower close, as they get slammed sometimes early am and later pm.
Great feedback on the Memorial Day lawn care and pool gates. We will look into both of these items for next year. Please keep an eye out for our powerwashing and fresh coat of paint that is planned for our community very soon! Thanks for taking the time to give us your honest feedback.
The community is clean, neighbors are considerate and maintenance responses are quick. My experience has been nothing short of pleasant. The location is near everything I patronize [within a 10 min drive]. I love the fact that there's assigned parking. The section I am in also is very quiet.

The apartment itself is spacious, the grounds are maintained well, service work is handled quickly, the staff is courteous and patient, and the apartment rent rates aren't raised significantly each year.
