office staff are always helpful when needed, maintenance needs are addressed promptly.
Outside building is showing age.
Extensive Lawn/property care was done on memorial day, noise all day:(
gates into the pool area could have a slower close, as they get slammed sometimes early am and later pm.
Great feedback on the Memorial Day lawn care and pool gates. We will look into both of these items for next year. Please keep an eye out for our powerwashing and fresh coat of paint that is planned for our community very soon! Thanks for taking the time to give us your honest feedback.
The community is clean, neighbors are considerate and maintenance responses are quick. My experience has been nothing short of pleasant. The location is near everything I patronize [within a 10 min drive]. I love the fact that there's assigned parking. The section I am in also is very quiet.

Exterior(rotting wood, nails comming out of stairs, etc)- poor, value for what I am paying- very poor, enforcement of cantankerous and disgusting practices by neighbors- non existent, able to get into my parking spot due to non-reaidents using the spot-50/50, cockroach problem stemming from other apartments- no solutions other than for me to do it myself, washer/dryer room and workout facility took over 6 months to finish which was one of the ammentities that were supposed to have use of, etc.
Thanks for your feedback. We are actually in the process of finalizing bids to have the exteriors of our buildings pressure washed, wood replaced and painted. We hope to have this started by the end of the year! Please contact office to address any issues with neighbors, parking spot problems and insect issues as it is our goal to make sure you enjoy living at Mayfaire.

The overall experience is good. The management is great. Had a few specific problems with residents in our building but management has been amazing at addressing it with them.
