The apartment itself is spacious, the grounds are maintained well, service work is handled quickly, the staff is courteous and patient, and the apartment rent rates aren't raised significantly each year.
The community is clean, neighbors are considerate and maintenance responses are quick. My experience has been nothing short of pleasant. The location is near everything I patronize [within a 10 min drive]. I love the fact that there's assigned parking. The section I am in also is very quiet.
I have found that the property manager and her staff have been consistent in giving excellent service. The property is beautifully kept. I must say I have no negatives with my experiences.

Mayfaire Apt complex is the best community in North Raleigh. I'm going on 9 years here. I'm not ever leaving. The property managed and office staff are by far the most accommodating. It's like having family were you live. The maintenence staff is knowledgeable and quick to respond to your needs. There is never a wait for maintenance to get your work order completed.
