These are ratings based on residents who live at the property and have completed a resident satisfaction survey.

It's a very nice apartment in a great location. The grounds and setting are very nice and the dog park, pool, and fitness room are nice amenities.

Customer service was top-notch. Maintenance responsed timely and professional. Community clean, neat and quiet.
About the only suggestion I would make, is for there to be better attention to bugs outside (i.e. spiders). My patio, front door, patio door always had spiders and spider webs, regardless of the amount of time I spent trying to keep them at bay. Maybe regular spraying on the outside of building would help. Other than this- I have really enjoyed living at Lexington Farms! Thanks!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
