I appreciate the value at Hunting Ridge The location is perfect for me.
The office staff is amazing.
I conducted an exhaustive search around Raleigh before deciding to move to Hunting Ridge. The complex is great and was definitely one of the deciding factors. However, the staff was so courteous and warm. Each of the weedkend ladies answered numerous questions and showed me apartments numerous times. They took much time with me and never made me feel as if I were a bother. The manager and Asst manager have been wonderful as well.

Maintenance is quick, staff is friendly and helpful and the neighbors are so friendly.

I'm quite satisfied with most aspects of living at Hunting Rudge. However, I find it very ridiculous, and in a way an underhanded business practice that my rent continues to raise each year in part to pay for stainless steel appliances for other apartments while I continue to have to use the old ones.

I hope you are enjoying the changes that have been and continue to be made to our community. We look forward to opening the pool very soon along with the new grilling pavilion area.
