I appreciate the value at Hunting Ridge The location is perfect for me.
The office staff is amazing.
I conducted an exhaustive search around Raleigh before deciding to move to Hunting Ridge. The complex is great and was definitely one of the deciding factors. However, the staff was so courteous and warm. Each of the weedkend ladies answered numerous questions and showed me apartments numerous times. They took much time with me and never made me feel as if I were a bother. The manager and Asst manager have been wonderful as well.
We love our community. All the neighbors take care of one another and the apartment complex takes very good care of us.
The community is very well maintained while the staff is pleasant and get things done. I like the interior of my place as it is updated and comfortable. Kuddos to all!
It appears that there are a lot of mature settled folk living here, some seniors, some with pets and some with children and they are friendly and good neighbors. The staff is professional, helpful and courteous and they work hard to keep the community looking good and maintained. Very convenient to shopping centers, medical facilities, grocery stores, schools etc. Great location, great place to live.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.

Our community is on the right just past North Ridge Country Club. From I-540, travel south on Falls of Neuse Road for approximately 1.5 miles. Hunting Ridge is on the left.
