Grand Arbor Reserve Management
The only good thing about my apartment is the layout and size. I can hear and smell my neighbors everyday. My heat has gone out 3 times in the 1 month I've lived there. My ac has gone out once. I have two small children that live with me and the maintenance office never seems to be concerned when my heat ac goes out. It takes them 3 to 4 days to respond or fix it. I don't think it's professional to close the office during normal business hours which in my opinion are not long enough to have a meeting party. It's absolutely ridiculous
I normally don't post reviews but I feel compelled to do so. It has been issue after issue woth the unit since I moved in over the summer...a move I so deeply regret doing. The reason for this review comes from a service call that was supposed to be fixed according to the residents handbook if a request is made early in the day, it would probably get assigned the same day ...not the case. How come If a call to the maintenance after hrs line was done first thing Friday morning for a report of stove oven not working properly after vendors came to fix repairs...how come it was Monday afternoon sometime before someone came out to fix it If it wasnt for a friend to come help me out, I would if have starved over the weekend. Unacceptable yet they expect you to pay the rent on time and things falling and breaking apart without them making an effort or an attempt to acknowledge it or give assurance it will be resolved. Im sure this review of my personal experience will go unnoticed like everything else about the poor, conditions.
