Ideal for me. Spacious, large windows and French doors for great lighting. My plants are loving it. The Balcony is s great treat, can't wait for Spring . The master bedroom, closet, and living room are huge. Love the brick kitchen walls and black appliances. It is a 100 improvement from the last complex. I hope I continue to love it. I'm so excited all the windows and balcony have perfect screens and mini blinds. The complex is several years old but the appearance is deceptive in a nice way.

We've tried to get someone to replace our dishwasher four times and no one has contacted us. Communal washing machine in our building is constantly broken, but can't fault the management for that if they never check on it. Office staff are eventually helpful, but our few requests are consistently met with passive-aggression and unpleasantness. Great neighbors with the caveat that many dogs are consistently kept off-leash, which poses a direct threat to our own dog and others. Rent is pretty steep for shoddy interior and low square footage. Aside from the above, the location is great and the complex is kept relatively clean. We look forward to any concrete improvements in these areas facility maintenance and property management .

Grand Arbor is okay to live at. The pests were sometimes still are an issue. Maintenance could improve a bit. It is far from luxury as it's name indicates. They don't have washer dryer hook-ups in the apartment which i'm okay with , but the one's they have available for use by everyone could be improved namely the dryer they charge 1.50 per load to dry and my clothes never get dried in the time allowed for 1.50 . These apartments are okay for someone renting their first apartment and looking for something affordable in the area.
