Tenants upstairs making extremely way to much noise and told office and still haven't seen any results. Tenant keeps making to much noise. My first apartment to I had was good and very quite. Tenants upstairs were good, you could still hear them but it is normal living on the first floor, you should expect some noise but the tenants now are just terrible. If they don't do something about it, I will be moving out.
I am so sorry your upstairs neighbors are making too much noise. Unfortunately, I am unaware of this issue, but would love to address it immediately! A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
