We've had a great experience with Calibre Chase so far. Any problems that have occurred were settled promptly and the office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and attentive.
This community is a very quiet, comfortable and safe place to live! It is very pet friendly and provides great access to enjoy the outdoors.
The price point and location are unbeatable!
Dumpster is now often overflowing; never a problem under old management. I continue to let the office know this needs to be done regularly -- even on weekends. But, as of now, this continues to be a problem. Things I like: residents' garden, picnic shelter with grills, porch swing with trellis around it, pool, fitness room (though I wish the equipment were in a bigger room), parking, landscaping, maintenance response, patios, gas log fireplace, new owners didn't increase rent.
Location is great. Staff is friendly and competent. My only issue is deferred maintenance over 20+ years (long before this new company took ownership this year). Deferred maintenance has caused many water leaks into apartments, overflowing gutters, tired looking landscape, goopy looking caulk jobs, leaky toilets/faucets/fixtures that are at end of useful life, etc. I want to be clear that the new maintenance staff is great! They are just overwhelmed with all the needs from years of neglect.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.

We just just off of I-440 near the intersection of Wake Forest Road and Six Forks Road. From I-440 take exit 8A for Six Forks Road South. Turn right onto Six Forks Road from the exit. Turn right onto Calibre Chase Drive (between the Shell and Crown gas stations). The office is the first building on the right.
