Everyone is so helpful and very professional at there job. They have the tenants best interest at heart.
My largest complaint is the lack of transparency with the internet provider. Not having a direct tech support line and relying on the office to relay any problems to the IT people and waiting at least one or two business days to get a reply is unacceptable.
The main fault here is the internet situation, and almost ruins everything else. It costs more to have 75mb here than it does to have 300mb from Time Warner. It's preposterous. And they close you off from going to an outside source for Internet. It's nearly untenable, and entirely infuriating. This is the Triangle. We're surrounded by tech industry offices, biomed research, and some of the best universities in the country. It's patently absurd that I can't use whichever ISP I wish.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
