Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. I like that simple things like trash, recycling and water are included, makes it more affordable overall. Feel safe in area and incidents are minimal. Floor plans are open and comfortable, makes it easy to create a home for a long-term resident.
Maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Grounds are kept neat. Residents are pleasant and respectful of each other. Very good value for the money
As a resident of StoneyBrook I've always been treated well by management and maintenance. Whenever I put in a maintenance request they've been very prompt to reply and take care of the problem.
It's a very nice community to live in and the office staff is wonderful I'm glad to be a resident here I just renewed a new praise
Friendly staff, repairs when needed are quickly done. Except for the almost yearly increase in rent, I enjoy living here very much.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
