I have really enjoyed my stay here at Legacy Matthews. I would really like to see the community do more activities together, but other than that everything is Lovely.
We love to hear that our residents are happy in their homes. We enjoy community activities, too! We have a different resident each month! The next event is December 11th. It's our Holiday Party! We have a lot of stuff happening this month...food drive, angel tree, etc. If you didn't get the flyer, we have extras in the clubhouse. And we are always open to new ideas. :)
The other residents are nice and considerate, the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.

I gave them an average rating because the office staff is not always very friendly, not all, but some. To the point where I don't like to go into the office to ask for help because I can never get in touch with anyone via telephone. One case in particular my shower was broken and it took them a week to come fix it, the problem with this was no one was returning my calls, they would call to tell me that it would be fixed and then no one would show up. Unsavory characters now living there.
I've had some maintenance issues that haven't been resolved, and new issues keep arising.
Please call the office as soon as possible so that we can complete your maintenance items. It is our goal for you to have a quality apartment home! Thank you!
