PARDON OUR DUST. WE'RE GROWING!
Living here is about as convenient as it gets. Right on Main Street, you?re literally steps away from restaurants and shops, City Lake Park, Jamestown elementary school and the public library.
Bordered by High Point Lake, Deep River and City Lake Park, Courtyard Commons is naturally buffered from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. And our residential buildings are thoughtfully placed to form a spacious courtyard?a unique outdoor place for residents to escape and relax.
Even with our small-town charm and convenience, the number one reason you?ll love living here is that everything we do is centered on our residents? needs. After all, the people who live and work here make it a community. We invite you to join us in building a great one.

The staff is very kind, helpful and understanding. Any questions or concerns I've had were addressed very promptly. I am incredibly happy and pleasantly surprised with my experience so far. From the office to maintenance and the ongoing property improvement projects, everything has been wonderful.
I like being close to Greensboro and High Point but outside of both. Its very quiet and easy to get around.
I understand as a growing community, there will be many projects going on to improve the location. However, there seem to be lots on unfinished issues left around (i.e. mass pile of dirt in the back, nails left near the wall, inverted speed bumps/holes by the entrance). These projects make sense, but I wish they could be cleaned up upon completion.
The ongoing construction is extremely frustrating. I understand that it is a growing community, but there have been countless inconveniences to the current residents. The last update we received was in April, and stated that one way traffic would likely be resumed by the end of the month. It is now June, and we have received no further updates. Water has been cut off without warning. The wiring to my building was cut by the workers. There are countless other issues construction has caused.
The apartment itself is pretty great. The contractors hired to complete the renovations to the property are not great. It's somewhat frustrating to still see a giant dirt pile on the property from when the retaining wall was replaced a month ago. The driveway in and out is still torn up from a project we were told would take a couple days. I understand that at the price we pay for rent, we can't expect the highest caliber of work, but they could finish one project before starting 3 new ones.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
