The only negative is that everyone stays to themselves here so it's hard to make friends among neighbors unless you previously know someone. With that being said, there are no noisy or rude neighbors to deal with. My likes and dislikes are: The office and maintenance staff are amazing. So happy and nice every single day. Take any issues and concerns seriously and immediately, including repairs. The look and landscaping is beautiful and always kept up with. The pool and gym are perfect..slightly small but at least we have those amenities and they are never busy to where you can't use them. Love the location ...it's very close to stores but tucked away in a residential area so it's quiet. The apartments are so clean and much more modern looking than most places. Master bedroom and all bathrooms are so big which is a plus in an apartment because you don't feel cramped in a small space. I could go on and on!
Great size living space, master is on the small size especially compared to the second bedroom but the staff is amazing and I will surely miss this place! If I ever move back to NC, I would go to them first. I love that the staff is helpful and always around when you need them! Maintenance doesnt just fix your issues but they also make sure that you dont run into the same issues in the long run.
