The office staff and maintenance guy are all so sweet and so helpful. The girls in the office all work really hard to try and alleviate any community issues that come their way in a timely manner and in a manner that is genuinely helpful. However, the walls are so thin, and the ceiling are so thin that I find myself woken up by my upstairs neighbors daily. The noise is the very first thing visitors notice, and it is embarrassing. I would have given it zero stars if possible. Im not sure if it is my neighbors specifically, or if everyine has this problem. Parking is a major issue still, but I know you are all aware of this already and are doing your best so I will leave that issue alone. The next few issues are not major, but construction, appliances and such were addressed in the above rated section so I wanted to bring it up. Our stove top and oven really need to be replaced. They heat unevenly, and the whole stove top is very crooked. I never thought to bring it up because I honestly never thought it was something I could have replaced, but just in case I'm bringing it up. Another thing is the white counter tops. My roommate and I drink a LOT of coffee, and cook with a lot of red wine and even the tiniest of splatters stain the counters and cabinets no matter how fast we wipe them up...even if we use bleach. So darker decor in the kitchen would be awesome I think that's about all haha...thanks for asking
