My likes and dislikes about this community are: I love living on the top floor facing the gates. This community demands a clean and quiet appearance. I love having access to the swimming pool and tennis court. Maintenance issues are addressed within the next day.
My likes and dislikes about this community are: likes: The staff are helpful and friendly!!!
Dislikes: The parking is bad. people take up 2 spaces, they park in areas that are not made for parking, and people park their cars for 3-4 week right in front of the building. They should have a long term parking area. also dislike the fact that people ride my bumper to get pass the gate. I have seen people almost have the gate close on their cars.
I also don't like the many dogs outside. It is good to be animal friendly but not on the privacy of the residents. There must be a strict policy regarding animals (cleaning behind them and leaving them loose). People need to know that they will be pay money if they violate rules. Also ducks outside need a solution. My likes and dislikes are: Safe with good staff.

Nice place to live, don't like that I can't have an ash tray outside my door, and there aren't enough pet clean up stations. My likes and dislikes are: The gate is broken half the time, and is more of an inconvenience than it is worth.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
