I have an upstairs neighbor and her floor creeks so bad and most of it is right over my bed and she is up all night walking and her pet runs at night.
I like the location, the office people, the pools, and the workout room.
Building appearance is getting to look worse with peeling paint. The inside of the apartments are dated somewhat, and whatever they use to "paint" the walls with leaves a terrible smell. Ive been in mine for 7 months and i still get a "blast" of that smell as soon as i walk in.
interior is dated; especially appliances in kitchen and bathroom
exterior paint is peeling and is unsightly to visitors and potential renters
Location is excellent,however the interior is neat but outdated for the price.Need newer appliances, thicker carpet etc.. Staff is prompt and courteous a plus; poor internet connection, drafted windows ,glass sliding door but no screen to allow fresh air to circulate in summer etc.
