I have an upstairs neighbor and her floor creeks so bad and most of it is right over my bed and she is up all night walking and her pet runs at night.
I like the location, the office people, the pools, and the workout room.
Building appearance is getting to look worse with peeling paint. The inside of the apartments are dated somewhat, and whatever they use to "paint" the walls with leaves a terrible smell. Ive been in mine for 7 months and i still get a "blast" of that smell as soon as i walk in.
The service with maintenance request is slow and not good.
I was not impressed by the new leasing agent or manager. It took a while for things to be fixed because it took the leasing agent longer than it should have to put in a work order and paying rent became a hassle due to a misunderstanding. I feel like if I were Hispanic I would have been treated a lot differently. The maintenance personnel made living there a lot better because they made me feel valued. It's a concern when the manager can't do the same.
Exterior of the buildings are in disrepair and need a sanding and paint job. No effort made during winter weather to clear snow from the parking lot and streets. Frequent threats by management of "fines" to an entire building when only one resident caused a small problem.
